We provide, as our name XKV9 Services suggests, business services across a variety of domains such as voice recording, photography, videography, advertising and software.
We reserve the right to decline the provision of services at any time without any reason, as long as no contracts have been signed.
We reserve the right to suspend all on-going and future contracts and therefore the service provisioning if any breaches have been found.
We reserve the right to not practice or provide any services until the agreed payment has been fulfilled or any conditions from contracts have not been met yet.
Pricing
We reserve the right to set the price range according to a variable number of factors, such as current workload, project/service complexity, duration, resources etc.
We reserve the right to set variable prices for the same services provided at different periods of time.
We reserve the right to offer discounts based on certain time periods, seasons, exceptional customer situations and potential combinations of services, also referred to as packs or packages or bundles.
We reserve the right to not publicly disclose our price ranges, yet.
Legal
We reserve the right to not sign any contracts if we deem unnecessary for the respective task/job/project/service, case in which theses terms and conditions still apply and you must abide by them.
We waive our liability in case of you not reading the provision contract, if any, as well as these terms and conditions.
Unless otherwise stated in any signed contracts, we can not be held responsible for any damages of any nature that may happen after the services are provided.
Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable by default.
Donations are welcome as long as they as the transaction details clearly specify it. Otherwise, the sum transferred to our accounts may be refunded.
Mistakenly sending funds to our accounts may be refundable. In such cases, please refer to our billing team.

XKV9 Services issues XKV9 tokens solely for the purpose of facilitating access to and usage of XKV9 Services' decentralized applications and platforms built on the Solana blockchain. Holders of XKV9 tokens acknowledge and agree to the following:

- ‣ Holders understand and accept that the value of XKV9 tokens may fluctuate, and XKV9 Services is not liable for any losses incurred.
- ‣ XKV9 tokens are to be used solely for accessing and utilizing XKV9 Services' decentralized applications and platforms on the Solana blockchain.
- ‣ Holders must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including securities laws.
- ‣ XKV9 Services reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue XKV9 tokens and/or its decentralized applications and platforms at any time without prior notice.
- ‣ Holders understand and accept the inherent risks associated with digital tokens and blockchain technology.
- ‣ Holders agree to hold harmless XKV9 Services and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the purchase, ownership, or use of XKV9 tokens.

Contact forms
The only personal data that we collect is represented by the fields located in the contact forms(be it the ones from our sites or the ones from Google), such as your name and any of the following: email, phone number or any common social media services like WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook etc. Your IP address and minimal necessary info strictly related to the internet browser that you are using may be collected for security reasons. Upon filling our contact forms, you agree that you are liable for the authenticity of the data that you provide.
